Accounts Receivable Financing
The
factoring of accounts receivables is perhaps the oldest form of
corporate financing in the world today. Indeed, accounts
receivable financing stretches back to the time of Jesus Christ and
perhaps beyond the birth of Jesus Christ due to the impact of the
Romans.
Today, we use a systemic support program
designed to provide benefits to all parties in the transaction:
 |
Low
Cost. Rainmaker constantly surveys the marketplace to
determine what your expectation should be regarding costs and
fees. While there are some transactions that can be done for
as low as 1.50%, the reality is that most corporate transactions of
less than $10,000,000 (USD) will end up being priced in the range of
2.50% to 4.00%. Some factoring agents can get lower-cost
money, but make up the difference with other charges and costs the
borrower must bear that end up putting the deal above 2.50% or even
3.00%. Look before you leap!
|
 |
Streamlining.
Your expectations are for us to use a local bank in order to provide
convenience in transaction processing. Transaction fees are
becoming a major issue as banking institutions - always on the look
out for the opportunity to charge yet another fee - attempt to
compete for commercial accounts. Rainmaker focuses on those
programs that streamline fees and provide complete transaction
transparency.
|
 |
Transaction
Timing. Most transactions can be closed in five (5) business
days, while larger transactions may require as long as ten (10)
business days in order to close. Again, count on Rainmaker
Marketing Corporation to do the heavy lifting for you and focus its
proven transaction due diligence program approach to culling the
field down to the institutional investors.
|
 | Closing
Costs. The typical transaction can be closed for $1,000 or
less, with $500.00 (USD) being the most common cost for documenting
credit, liens and IRS matters. The due diligence fees are not
collected until we have a funding proposal nailed down that is
acceptable to the borrower.
|
 |
Contract
Length. Rainmaker has a flexible program. You decide the
need and we design it.

Do
You Know The Secret?
When it comes to commercial real
estate development finance, it doesn't matter whether you need to raise
$5 million or $50 million, the out-of-pocket costs, advance fees and
project due diligence costs will always require the same relative
investment dollars the promoters have to fund. Do you know what
that amount is? Do you know the Secret? |
