Commercial Lease Abstracts & Abstracting - Continued...

A lease abstract is just that - a summary of the major elements of a commercial lease agreement.  The approach utilized by Rainmaker Marketing corporation generally conforms to the following key provisions:

The major elements are summarized.  The prototypical basic abstract is a two-page report that covers all of the major business issues and rights of the parties under the lease.  Critical issues pertaining to the tenant and/or landlord are color-coded and highlighted in the tenant matrix report that accompanies each assignment of five (5) or more abstracts.

We do not provide a legal opinion, accounting opinion, or tax opinion on any lease abstract and is not responsible for these issues.  Legal abstracts are not done by Rainmaker.
