Most commercial housing finance companies focus on take-out housing finance companies, multifamily, rental, condos, senior, assisted, living, independent lending or funding FHA/HUD-insured loans via Section 221, Section 202, Section 232 and section 223, but almost none of the commercial housing finance companies are willing to help the developer undertake a fractional tenants-in-common syndication to raise equity funding.  In point of fact, Rainmaker Marketing Corporation has found that, in almost every case, the developer has insufficient equity capital to close escrow on any loan; much less a non-recourse construction loan.
