commercial housing finance companies focus on take-out
lending or
funding FHA/HUD-insured loans via Section 221, Section 202, Section 232
and section 223, but almost none of the commercial housing finance
companies are willing to help the developer undertake a fractional
tenants-in-common syndication to raise equity funding. In point of
