Good loan proposals depend upon good due diligence documentation.  Whether or not you are seeking capital funding for a commercial real estate project or a corporate financing is irrelevant, the issues are going to be the same.  Capital funding plans that receives loan commitments have common elements.  These common elements provide Rainmaker with the basis for creating a winning proposal regardless of industry/project type.  The common elements include:

The market case.  Every new construction loan proposal includes market case information.  You have to present the market risk issues and a market risk management plan that is predicated upon the findings of the market feasibility study.  If you don't have a market feasibility study, then you will - more than likely - not be ready for making the market case.  Talk to a Rainmaker consultant about getting a market feasibility study prepared for your project.

The financial case.  Every new construction loan proposal includes a summation of the findings of the financial feasibility study.  If you don't have a financial feasibility study for your project, then you should discuss this with a Rainmaker consultant BEFORE you start sending out your capital funding proposal.

The business case.  Every new construction loan proposal includes a summation of the business case which includes operating risk management programming, the qualifications of the project development team and structure of the transaction to eliminate subjective investment risk exposure.
