Owner's Program.  We need to know what your goals, expectations and requirements are regarding your project (or business, as the case may be).  We do not require the document if it hasn't been drafted, as an oral discussion will suffice.  We mention it because many companies start with the Owner's Program document as the basis of the entirety of the proposed project or business.  This is a great way to manage a business and keep accountability and productivity focused on your business goals.
