Additional Information
Each plan is typically around 30
pages. In no case has a finished document exceeded 100
pages. The key goals of this document are:
-
To attract the attention of
investment bankers and/or mortgage bankers who will need to have
initial evaluation materials to make a judgment as to whether or not
they have the syndication depth to sell your pending securities
offerings.
-
To attract the attention of local,
state and federal agencies that have statutory authority to provide
investment incentive entitlements to the business. These
incentives are quite often the key to getting a transaction
financed.
-
To attract the attention of
third-parties that may in fact be strategic partners providing the
goods, services and/or capital assets the company will need to be
commercially successful.
